Happy Birthday Tali - 1 Year Old Today!

Not my best photographic day today. Overcast weather and boisterous dogs, even at the end of their three hour walk! I've put in a couple of others at the end as well, including an amusing road sign. Either where fat people live, or where witty vandals gather!

Raani At 7 Months

The pictures speak for themselves, I think. She's maturing into a quite stunning girl. The penultimate one is, of course, Tali. Who's a bit of a stunner herself!

I took the camera out with me on 30th January and got some really nice pictures of the dogs, which it seems a pity not to share.

Tali At 11 Months

Tali's 11 months old on the 25th. I took advantage of the sunshine today to get some snaps of her a day early. Couple of other good ones as well, so I'll tag them in too.

And I'm delighted to report that, just over two months after losing her soulmate Tasha, Jasmin's finally started playing with the others dogs again - Tali in particlar.

Stornoway

I've started writing my book at long last - on another blog which I'll give details about to anyone interested in reading it. It's based in Stornoway, where I originally come from.

A couple of years ago, I was sitting in the gym in Runcorn on a cold, damp winter evening, talking about going back to live in Stornoway. "What do you want to go there for? It always rains and there's nothing to do..."

The pictures I've posted here are a couple of years old now. They were taken in late November 2005. Not bad for a windswept rock in the middle of nowhere, eh?

Mind you, who'd want to live there when they could live in Runcorn?
