Tali At 13 Months

Little Tali is 13 months old today, and this morning she started her first ever season. The next few weeks should be fun. The weather was slate grey, cold and drizzling when we set off on today's walk, but I took the camera along just in case things improved. They did. Here's the best of today's crop, plus a nice one of Raani at the end. Doesn't Tali look like her father?

You started lifting when you hit 50! Thats some inspiration! I have a long way to go before I hit 50 but better now than never. I hit the gym 6 months ago and am seriously thinking of cnaging my routine so it is built around powerlifting.

Thanks for your comments! Sorry I didn't pick them up sooner.

Soleslide, one of the guys at the world championships last week did 401 pounds aged 70 and only took the sport up in his 60s. It's never too late.

Powerlifting is better to aspire to than bodybuilding. Success is more tangible, and it's easier to walk on stage in a leotard and tee shirt than in a posing pouch - and there's no need to diet for 12 weeks before a contest!
